YPSILANTI MATERNITY SESSION | DANIELLE + NATE

Oh my gosh...this session. I have to admit that although I was super excited to shoot with these two, I was also pretty nervous. I never want to disappoint my clients and when those clients are longtime friends...the pressure is really on!

My session with Danielle and Nate was, in my opinion, a dream. We started in the studio (see it here) with beautiful light and a radiant mama-to-be. From there, we moved to one of my favorite Ypsi spots, North Bay Park. This time Danielle's husband joined in on the fun, making us both laugh with his soldier stance and well...his "hatred" of having his picture taken. I have to say that for someone who compares having his picture taken to that of public speaking (not enjoying either), he was a trooper. Between the genuine smiles and laughter between them to Danielle being so effortlessly stunning...this session is one of my most recent favorites. The fact that we all got to go home to smoked pulled pork and a couple of cocktails (minus the mama-to-be) made our time together that much better.
